General conditions of sale

When a visitor confirms an order on the Global Wineries website (by clicking on the “confirm my order” button), he or she automatically accepts the full, present general conditions of sale.

The present agreement is governed by Dutch law.

IMPLEMENTING THE ORDER
The information provided by the Buyer when entering the order is binding on him: in the event of errors in the addressee’s address, the Seller cannot be held liable for the impossibility of delivering the products ordered. Orders become final only when confirmed by payment of the price by the buyer.

All our offers are valid while stocks last and cannot give rise to an obligation to sell. Global Wineries therefore reserves the right to refuse orders.

ORDERING WINE
The prices of the wines are expressed including VAT and including shipping costs. Once your payment is authorized, we will send you the ordered goods.

DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
The wines are delivered in cardboard boxes, in one delivery to the same address. Global Wineries undertakes to make every effort to deliver the products ordered as soon as possible (within 48 hours). Any delays shall not entitle the buyer to cancel his purchase, refuse the goods or claim damages. Cases of force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strike, accidents and impossibility of supply. The goods always travel at the risk and responsibility of the supplier. Always check your package upon arrival. You have a period of 48 hours to express any reservations to the carrier in case of missing goods or damages.

In application of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 7 full days from the delivery of his order to return it to the seller for exchange or reimbursement, without penalty, except for return costs.

PRICE
The price is expressed in Euros. The price indicated on the order confirmation/invoice includes transportation costs. PAYMENT

DISPUTES
Complaints or disputes are always carefully investigated. Good faith is always assumed in the person who takes the trouble to explain their situation. In case of disputes, the customer is requested to contact the company preferably for an amicable solution.
