Rheinriesling by Apátsági from Pannonhalma, Hungary. Very clean nose of citrus aromas such as tangerine and ripe orange. Lovely again very clean palate with light mineral touch with fresh but broad acidity assisted by a minty fruitiness. The firm acid backbone and a hint of residual sugar create a beautifully balanced finish in the aftertaste. Delicious with white meat or fish. Creamy dishes with mushrooms and cheeses
