Apátsági Pincészet Rajnai Risling

Rajnaj Risling from Apátsági of Pannonhalma, Hungary. The grapes were hand-picked and, after de-stemming and crushing, pressed immediately. A slow fermentation on steel tanks took place to preserve the freshness of the wine. It also preserved the light green color. The end result is a balanced mineral wine with citrus and grapefruit aromas.
