AV Bodeguers Suneus Rose. Grenache from Emporda, Spain. Salmon color. Notes of fresh red fruit, white stone fruit, anise, white pepper. Refreshing acidity on the palate, with volume and presence. 100% Grenache. Grapes from a single 20 year old organically certified vineyard 200 meters near Rabós d’Empordà. After alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 1,500 to 2,000 liters for 20-30 days. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is kept on the lees for 3-4 months.
