Az. Vinicola Depuppi Chardonnay

Chardonnay from Depuppi from Friuli, Italy. Intense straw yellow color with golden tones. Very intense on the nose, with aromas of apple, pear and pineapple. In the mouth full, enveloping and persistent; notes of honey and almond. Delicious with fish and shellfish dishes and poultry. First courses or light main courses based on vegetables.

Chardonnay, the grape of white Burgundy and Champagne, is grown all over the world. It produces good to very good wines with a full, dry flavor. Chardonnay is a grape variety with a lack of character, which depends on the terroir (soil and climate) and the winemaking method. Chardonnay is very well suited to aging in wooden barrels.
