Barbera by MO from Piedmont, Italy. The passion of a family that has managed vineyards from father to son for over a century. The young generation pays great attention to the process of wine making with traditional cultivation and natural technologies without the use of herbicides and chemical fertilisers, to the processes of vinification, bottling. This “Viva” is made of Barbera, and named after Davide’s grandmother who worked in the vineyards all her life. It is a bright ruby red wine, with an intense nose. In the mouth, dry and powerful, nicely balanced with the typical freshness. Delicious with red and white meat dishes, poultry and cheeses that are not too ripe. The vineyards are located in Cisterna, on a sunny slope, with sandy soil.
