Nebbiolo by MO from Piedmont, Italy. This wine from the Nebbiolo grape has a brilliant garnet red colour, with warmer tones that develop over time. The bouquet takes a while to open up, in the nose is unmistakable, very pleasant, intense, ripe red fruit, cumin, spicy, with aromas of truffles, liquorice and dried flowers. In the mouth, the wine is dry, red fruit, full tannins and a very long lasting finish. The wine confirms the impression of great evolutionary potential. Delicious with roast meat, BBQ and mature cheese.
