Ontanon’s Vetiver received about six months of wood aging in mostly used barrels, then another six months of bottle lagering. The wine has subtle floral notes, on the palate lavish tropical fruit, with grapefruit and some white pepper and toast. The wine is nicely balanced with fresh acidity and a mouth filling and anointing feel.
