Immediately afterwards, only the best and free-flowing juice is fermented under low temperature. So there is no pressing! The result is an intensely pure and expressive white wine. Powerful aroma of ripe citrus fruit and tropical notes; the palate is powerful but balanced with a fine fresh and long finish.
