Cederberg David Nieuwoudt Ghost Corner Semillon

Semillon by Cederberg from South Africa. A perfumed white wine with aromas of green figs, white fruits and a touch of nettle. Additional depth is given to it thanks to a slightly burnt wood note.
This semillon was aged for 5 months in wooden barrels. With salads and light fish dishes.
