Chapel Hill Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc from Chapel Hill of Balaton Boglar, Hungary. A fresh, dry white wine characterized by the smell of summer gooseberry, green apple and green grass. It is a crisp wine with pleasant fresh acidity.
This sauvignon blanc comes from the Balatonboglar area south of Lake Balaton. The winters there are fairly mild and the summers not too hot, which makes for a stable grape that has been able to develop slowly. This certainly adds to the softness of this wine.
