De Bortoli Noble One Botrytis 37,5 cl (sc)

Semillon Dessert wine by De Bortoli from Z.O. Australie. The grapes for this wine are harvested late (April) and are 90% affected by the noble botrytis rot. The juice ferments on stainless steel and after clarification moves to French oak barrels for maturation. This extraordinary golden yellow wine has earned many medals. Very much fruit on the nose: apricot and nectarine with lemon and orange peel. This lavish fruit combines perfectly with the honey and soft vanilla notes of the wood. A complex, mouth-filling wine with a lingering finish.
