Divin Rose 0,0 from the Loire region, France. This Rosé seduces with its intense aromas of red fruit, with pronounced notes of blackberry, wild strawberry and a hint of refreshing citrus. In the mouth the experience is lively, crisp and invigoratingly fresh. Delicious as an aperitif. Cabernet Franc is a fairly productive variety. It is in fact the original Cabernet grape. The much more famous Cabernet Sauvignon is a descendant of Cabernet Franc. It probably originates from Bordeaux where it is one of the classic components of Bordeaux wines. In the 17th century it was taken to the Loire Valley where it was then successfully planted. Cabernet Franc likes chalky gravel, sand and clay soils and ripens about ten days earlier than Cabernet Sauvignon. It flourishes very well on cooler soils. Gamay (à jus blanc): actually a fairly average, but very productive grape variety, it scores well on the granite soil of Beaujolais and produces beautiful wines there. Striking characteristics of the wines of this grape are a fruity taste, a strong smell, little acidity, and a high alcohol content. Also successfully grown in Switzerland. In California the grape is called napa gamay. Gamay beaujolais: despite the name, this is not a gamay, but a variety of pinot noir in California. Pinot Noir: in an old text from 1659 the grape is also called Rotkläffner. Pinot noir is a noble blue grape, originating from Burgundy from which all great Burgundy wines are made. The grape grows mainly in a cooler climate and is very dependent on the soil conditions. That is why it is not an easy grape variety to grow. But if the conditions are ideal, one can make very complex, elegant wines of the highest level. Is also important in champagne must. It gives champagne backbone, power and fullness. The famous pinot noir can be found in almost every wine country. In Germany the grape is also called spätburgunder. Blauburgunder in Austria and Switzerland
