Firriato Ecru Passito – 50 cl

Desert wine by Firriato from Sicily, Italy. The grapes are laid out to dry (appassimento) for 3 months on traditional thatched carpets. After pressing, the wine ferments in barriques (Allier) where it will age for 18-24 months. A further bottle aging of 6 months follows.
