Beautiful golden yellow color. Fine aromas of apple, buttercup and a touch of honey. The taste is dry with elegant fruit notes. The finish is powerful with a touch of spiciness at the end.
12 months sur lies of which 50% in cuves and 50% in wood. Assembly 6 months in cuves and 1 year in bottle.
