Genoels Elderen Chardonnay Goud

Genoels Elderen Chardonnay Gold from Haspengouw, Belgium. Dark golden color. The nose is layered with fruity aromas such as ripe apricot and peach, complemented by aromas of toast, nuts and a touch of butter. The taste is full and powerful with fine acidity. The aftertaste is persistent with light smoked notes.
Maturation: 12 months in wood and 6 months in barrels. 12 months sur groin. 1 year in bottle.Ideal with fish, seafood, grilled lobster, poultry and pasta with cream sauces.
