Genoels Elderen Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir from Genoels Elderen of Haspengouw, Belgium. Beautiful brilliant cherry red color. In the nose aromas of red fruits such as red currants, blueberries and blackberries. The palate is complex and refined with recurring red fruit complemented by a nice spiciness. The finish is a delicate interplay of acidity and velvety tannins.
Aging: 12 months in wood and 6 months in cuves. 12 months sur groin. 1 year in bottle.Ideal with white meats and game dishes.
