Pinot Noir from Henry Of Pelham of Niagara, Canada. This juicy and intense “Cab Noir” is based on Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Baco Noir grapes. Lots of aromas of black cherry and blueberry with scents of vanilla and dark chocolate. Very pleasant red wine with barrel aging and soft tannins. Ideal with barbecue and red meat dishes or lamb chops.
