Henschke Mount Edelstone Shiraz – Eden Valley

Shiraz from Henschke of Barossa, Australia. Ripe and complete shiraz, lots of richness on the nose and palate with terroir and fruit especially of blackcurrants and plums. A wine with exceptional finesse and complexity from onset to finish. Good balance in fruit, acidity and tannin. Fantastic choice with dishes featuring duck and other slightly fattier meats.
