Hétszölö Tokaji Late Harvest

Tokaji Aszu by Hétszölö from Tokaj Hungary. This dessert wine is made from Furmint grapes that were harvested late. Beautiful ripe peaches and fine acidity.

This Tokaji is super. Sweet but not overbearing with a lovely freshness. Served with a raspberry coulis with timet pear and fresh raspberries. A baker’s caper with a blend of: Currant puree, Caramel with Chipotle pepper, green tea and vanilla. With a base of pure cocoa from San Tahome. in combination with this dessert wine a HIT!!!!
