Jaques Mouton Madeleine Chardonnay

Chardonnay by Jaques Mouton from Franschhoek, South Africa. Beautiful golden yellow colour. Aromas of yellow apple and pear are joined by a hint of citrus. Additional aromas of peach and vanilla add to the wine. It has a full body with pleasant acidity and balanced wood notes. The finish is like a white Burgundy, oily with fine acidity that lingers nicely.Caeser Salad, salmon with mousseline sauce, turbot, sole and dishes with poultry and creamy sauce.
