Jim Barry The Armagh Shiraz

Shiraz by Jim Barry from Clare Valley, Australië. Intense color of purple black, almost ink. On the nose, one recognizes aromas of cherry liqueur, mocha, spice and mint. The taste is very powerful, generous, soft and robust. The tannins are soft and ripe. Great complexity and a long finish. The wine is made in a modern way where tradition is never lost sight of. The grapes are harvested manually and aged in wooden barrels after fermentation.
