It has an accentuated ruby red color, aroma of very ripe red fruit, vanilla and coffee, soft tannins, good structure and acidity with a roasted aftertaste. Serve at a temperature of 14-16 C. Delicious with meat and cheese dishes. Retention period 8 years.
