La Cetto Chardonnay

La Cetto Chardonnay from Baja California Mexico. A deep yellow white wine from the region of Baja California, Mexico. An intense nose of ripe yellow fruits like mirabelles, apricot. Full ripe attack and slightly flatter towards finish. A wine that is easy to drink.

Chardonnay is a grape that does not have an unambiguous character, which depends on the terroir (soil and climate) and the method of wine making. Chardonnay lends itself very well to maturing in wooden barrels.
