Grenache, Shiraz, Viognier by Le Petite Ferme from Franschhoek, South Africa.
Shiraz and Viognier fermented and aged in 10% New French oak and 10 months in older barrels. Grenache aged in stainless steel and old French oak barrels to preserve fruit. This wine is young already very accessible with light oak notes and fine tannins.An excellent match with red meats and the better stews.
