Pinot Noir by Lothian from Elgin, South Africa. Beautiful deep red but bright colour. The nose has aromas of spicy oak combined with violets and a hint of forest floor. The attack is silky with flavours of baked plums and cherries. The aftertaste is interwoven of cocoa powder melded with hints of strawberry and dark chocolate.With game dishes.
