Lothian Vineyards Riesling

Riesling from Lothian Vineyards in Elgin, South Africa. This wine has a pale golden colour with green highlights. The nose is of medium intensity. He evokes freshness from the Cape gooseberry, elderflower, white freesia flowers and lemon peel. This is a bone-dry Riesling, which becomes evident with a bright, tart start. The elements detected in the nose persist with notes of grapefruit, pine needles and a complex minerality, providing a lemon-sorbet cleansing finish.
