Lyrarakis Ippodromos Vidiano

Vidiano by Lyrarakis from Crete, Greece. Light straw yellow colour. Floral nose with a touch of peach and nectarine and a hint of grapefruit. The taste is full of exotic fruit, a hint of citrus and a well-balanced hint of oak. The finish is tight with a slight mineral undertone. Lamb, fish dishes and dishes with a creamy sauce.
