Secondary fermentation in the bottle and 18 months of aging produce a subtly sparkling mousse. This Cava scored 87 points in the 2008 Robert Parker. Trepat Very dark blue thick-skinned grape grown exclusively in Spain and mainly used to produce Cava Rosado in the area around Tarragona, where there is an optimal microclimate for this grape. The Cavas and wines made with Trepat have aromas of raspberries and strawberries.
