Mont Marçal Cava Palau Brut – MAGNUM

Magnum of Cava from Mont Marçal in Penedes, Spain. Pale yellow color. Correct, persistent bubbles. Nice aroma of apple, yellow fruit, blossoms, some bread and yeast notes and lime. Good dry, with a tight mid-palate where the fine fruit takes a cue. The mousse is certainly not aggressive and ends pleasantly in the fresh finish. Successful cava, good value for money.
