Nyakas Irsai Oliver from Buda, Hungary. Yellow-green wine. Bouquet of flowers and the typical scent of muscat grapes. Lightly perfumed aromas of pink petals and ripe lychee fruit. A lovely spicy yet elegant pallet, quite dry finish.

Irsai Olivér is a white Hungarian grape variety. The grape is a cross between the white grapes Pozsonyi Fehér and the Csaba Gyöngye. The grape, originally grown as a table grape, is also widely used for making a spicy-fragrant white wine and for the preparation of spirits such as pálinka.
