For this Vermouth, based on white wine, a combination of aromatic herbs and some citrus fruits were added and together had a maceration (soaking) of several months. Then several more months of barrel aging. The fragrance is very aromatic, intense and particularly pleasant. The taste is slightly sweet and refined with a little bitterness. Sufficient freshness is retained making this a very nice Vermouth with a gourmet touch.
