Penley Estate Chertsey

Cuvée from Penley Estate of Coonawarra, Australia. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc. Chertsey is a wine made in the traditional “Bordeaux” style with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and CabernetFranc. This wine is made from 100% homegrown fruit, wood-aged and unfiltered. Chertsey is a full-bodied Cabernet blend with ripe blackberry, mulberry aromas and smoky, savory elements. The taste is one of ripe berries with black olives, vanilla and chocolate with a long, soft finish. This wine has balance, elegance and power and is only made in a small quantity.
