Penley Estate EOS Cabernet Shiraz

Cabernet, Shiraz from Penley Estate in Coonawarra, Australia. Sun-dried dark fruits fill the nose; think mulberry and plum, complemented by liquorice and subtle Middle Eastern spices. The taste is full and powerful without being too heavy. The wine is driven by silky creamy tannins and integrated French oak. A wine with excellent concentration and a long finish. Tones of toasted French oak add complexity to flavours of dark chocolate and stewed cherries.
