Poideri Constantini Pecorino Superiore DOC

Pecorino by Poderi from Abruzzo, Italy. It is a golden yellow colour with a green edge, a complex and intense nose with aromas of pear, peach, citrus fruits and striking notes of spicy herbs, lavender, sage and wild mint. Full and structured on the palate with high acidity but balanced by rich and juicy fruit. Very long-lasting, salty and mineral finish. Delicious with sushi, cooked fish dishes, vegetarian dishes, light dishes with chicken and fresh cheese.
