Shiraz, Mourvedre by Saronsberg from Tulbagh, South Africa. Beautiful Deep ruby red colour. The nose has aromas of black fruit, slightly smoky notes of black pepper and chocolate. The flavour is a mix of black fruits, combined with spices, liquorice and a slight florael note. Nice smooth finish. With pasta, pizza, BBQ and spicy dishes
