Sogno Del Sud Merlot (BIO)

Merlot by Sogno de Sud from Sicily, Italy. The grapes are handpicked in mid-September and vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15°C. The Merlot is ruby red in color and on the bouquet is complex and spicy. The finish is warm and smooth. Delicious with risotto, red meat and mature cheeses.
