Pinot Noir by St Andrea from Eger, Hungary. This is a cherry red wine with an aroma of fresh cherries and cherries in which a heavy dose of Eger forest soil is represented. Mushrooms and a smoky touch are also amply featured in this complex Pinot Noir.
The Eger region is a moderately warm region that allows grapes to develop slowly without too large temperature differences. This produces elegant wines that are nicely balanced between power and suppleness.
