Bikaver from Takler of Szekszard, Hungary.A blend of 37% Kékrankos, 25% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc and 6% Kadarka. The bull blood is always a blend of at least three cépages. Here it is a firm red wine with lots of black fruit in the nose, in the mouth it is a nice balance of acidity, alcohol, tannin and a long finish.
