Kékfrankos by Takler from Szekszard, Hungary. Very low yield, 1.5kg per vine! Aged 16 months on oak barrique. Deep red wine, in the nose black fruits like cherries and blackberries, followed by a spiciness and hints of smoky tobacco and chocolate. On the palate, nice balance of acidity, a complex structure with firm tannins and a long finish.
