The grapes for this wine were hand-harvested in late October from vineyards near the city of Eger. Then fermented on the peel for 12 days in stainless steel tanks to enhance the freshness of the fruit flavours. Then 6 months in Hungarian oak barrels to enhance the powerful dark fruit and spicy notes. Bull’s eye is one of the most famous wines of Hungary and, according to legend, dates back to 1552. Aromas of dark fruit and ripe plums balanced with notes of black pepper and hints of autumn leaves.
