Trentangeli Castel del Monte DOC Organic

Anglianico, Cabernet and Syrah by Tormaresca from Puglia, Italy. After fermentation, the wine received 10 months of wood aging and another 9 months in bottle after bottling. Intense ruby red wine with raspberries and Marascino cherries on the nose and hints of nutmeg and pepper. Warm wine with a rich structure, the wood aging has given the wine length and elegance. Anglianico(70%), Cabernet(20%) en Syrah(10%).
