Torres Estelado Rosado Fair Trade

Estelado Rosado by Torres from Central Valley Chili. An interesting tribute to the oldest planted grape in Chile in the 1550s. It was known as Listán Prieto in Spain, in the New World colonies the grape was called Mission, while in Chile it would become País. Expect a pale raspberry color with a fine mousse and fresh floral, earthy and cherry aromas. The onset is spicy with floral, strawberry and citrus flavors.
