Two Princes Shiraz (SC)

Two Princes Shiraz (SC) from Riverina Australia. A dark red Australian shiraz with rich aromas of dark plums, black currants and spicy black pepper. It is a balanced, full-bodied wine with deep flavors in a fine base structure.

Syrah, a strong blue grape of very high quality. This grape is usually not easy for wine growers, but it is the seasoning for many Côtes du Rhône Villages. Delivers incredibly powerful and complex wines under optimal conditions. Have a high tannin content, without being stiff. The Syrah grape quickly suffers from poor fruit set in cool weather during flowering (coulure) but is not very susceptible to grape diseases such as Oidium.
