The taste is refreshing with fruity notes of citrus and white blossoms. The finish is balanced with fine acidity. This wine consists of a combination of Grenache Blanc, Roussane and Viognier. Not aged in wood to preserve the freshness and fruity character of the wine. Ideal with chicken with Provencal herbs and all kinds of light fish dishes.
