Vins De Mas Sersal “Set Tota la Vida” –DO Montsant

Carignan, Grenache, Shira by Vins de Mas Sersal from Tarragona, Spain. Named after one of the band Mishima’s most famous albums, Estones de Mishima Set Tota La Vida is made from a blend of Samsó, Grenache and Syrah. Located in Montsant, the vines grow in slate and clay soils. Hand harvested, the grapes were macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks, then transferred to 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels, and the Carignan went to American oak barrels. A production of 4,000 bottles.
