Riesling by Peter Dolle from Kamptal, Austria Lovely nose of Orange zest, passion fruit, apricot and pear. The flavour is packed with ripe fruits such as papaya, passion fruit and pineapple. Nice full, slightly wood-aged finish that lingers very long on the palate. Fermentation in steel tanks and raised in 1,500-litre oak for 12 months (sur lie). Dishes with white meat, dishes with fish, traditional Austrian cuisine.
