Garnacha Blanca en Macabeo from Berdie of Terra Alta, Catalonie, Spanje. Ripe, round and spicy. Floral aromas of jasmine combined with fresh fruit, think pear, peach and lychee. With a subtle spicy undertone. The mouthfeel is filmy and soft, with well-balanced acidity. Made according to traditional white wine making (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation), fermentation at controlled temperature (16 degrees) on stainless steel tanks for a period of 20 days.
