Pinot Noir: in oude tekst uit 1659 wordt de druif ook Rotkl\u00e4ffner genoemd. Pinot noir is een nobele blauwe druif, afkomstig uit de Bourgogne waarvan alle grote Bourgogne wijnen worden gemaakt. De druif groeit met name in een koeler klimaat en is zeer afhankelijk van de bodemgesteldheid. Daarom is het is geen gemakkelijk druivenras om te verbouwen. Maar als de omstandigheden ideal zijn kan men zeer complexe, elegante wijnen maken van topniveau. Is ook van belang in de champagnemost. Hij geeft champagne ruggengraat, kracht en volheid. De fameuze pinot noir is in bijna ieder wijnland te vinden. In Duitsland wordt de druif ook sp\u00e4tburgunder genoemd. Blauburgunder in Oostenrijk en Zwitserland. <\/p>\n
