De Resalte Vendimia Seleccionada is 100% Tempranillo. The wine has temperature-controlled fermentation on stainless steel and a 4-month aging on inox cuves and then 3 months on new barrels of French oak. Beautiful nose of ripe black fruit and a powerful palate with notes of toffee, chocolate and vanilla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tempranillo betekent &#8216;vroeg&#8217; en is een niet rechtopstaande wijnstok met grote, ongelijkvormige bladeren en grote trossen met dikke druiven. Zeer waarschijnlijk is het een inheems Spaans druivenras. Zijn oorsprong zou kunnen liggen in de Pyrenee\u00ebn, waar in de 80-tige jaren nog wilde stokken van de tempranillo werden aangetroffen. Wordt veel in de Spaanse wijngebieden   <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>planted and is considered a very noble variety. This is partly because it is the most important grape in the quality areas Rioja and Ribera del Duero.
